Once panel and poster proposals have been accepted, each participant will be requested to complete a Personal Registration Form. The registration fee must be paid for their participation to be confirmed. Payment deadline: 31 May 2025.

The registration fee is EUR 200 per participant (EUR 170 for students and PhD candidates) and includes conference materials as well as lunch and coffee breaks. The banquet fee will be collected as a separate charge for those who wish to attend the event.
