Panel and poster proposals should be submitted via the Panel Submission Form and the Poster Submission Form or sent to fiec2025@ptf.edu.pl.

Once panel and poster proposals have been accepted, each participant will be requested to complete a Personal Registration Form. The registration fee must be paid for their participation to be confirmed.

The registration fee is EUR 200 per participant (EUR 170 for students and PhD candidates) and includes conference materials as well as lunch and coffee breaks. The banquet fee will be collected as a separate charge for those who wish to attend the event.

The organisers do not provide funding for travel and accommodation. Suggestions for accommodation and cultural attractions will be published in due course on the conference website.
